Did anyone experience where they have pain one day and next day they dont feel anything :-(
I am suffering from AF since March .Started taking Miralax since MAy15 and now it feels better ...but some days I dont have pain after BM and sometimes its horrific.I have not made any changes to my diet.
Eat oatbran/oatmeal and veggies .
Hope everyone feels better soon and join the success stories topic

Yep story of my life right now. But its good you dont have pain everyday. My pain levels are determined by what i ate the previous day. Brown rice, veggies and shimp equals no pain. Corn on the cob, alfredo pasta , my mother in laws cooking equals pain.
