I'm a 31 year old female who has been suffering from an anal fissure for 3,5 years. I had a fissurectomy and botox three weeks ago and unfortunately suffered some setbacks, but I've experimented a lot with info I got from these boards and the last few days things have been going very well. *fingers crossed*
