Does anyone know if you should avoid grapefruit while on nitroglycerine? I tried to look it up, but didn't find anything, so maybe it's OK. But I know you aren't supposed to eat grapefruit while on nifedipine, so I was wondering - has anyone been warned about this by their doctor?

I was given no warning (by my surgeon brother who wrote me the prescription). As a topical application, preferably right before bedtime to minimize the headaches, I wouldn't think it a problem (unless you eat grapefruit in bed at night which is it's own problem).
