I'd advise you to post this in the Fistula section of the forum as there are lots of fistula sufferers on site who will be able to help you, some of which have had setons inserted. There are also lots of great posts offering very helpful advice & reassurance.....All the very best to you.

seton is the name of the company who makes lidocane. its a very good ointment for internal swelling i can say one of the best
