Last night, I noticed a itchy rash around the anal area that is most irritated after sitz baths.

Today, I woke up to use the bathroom (no BM), and I noticed a good amount blood in the toilet. I had Botox and a tag removal done, so my guess is it's from the tag removal-- or fissure, but the pain isn't too bad. Should i be concerned after surgery? I left a message for the nurse to call me. This is a bit terrifying. My bowels do seem full, but I haven't been able to have a BM yet this morning, and I am scared to have one.
