Probiotics

Does anyone use probiotics and has it helped their AF, or is it not worth the money and I should just stick to my yogurt?
Feb. 2013 - Developed AF
July 2013 - Diagnosed AF;nifidepine lidocaine treatment
Oct. 2013 - 1st round of Botox & skin tag removal
Dec. 2013 - 2nd Botox
March 2014 - Spinchterotomy
June 2015 - Diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction/Vulvodynia

I have probiotics...but have not tried them yet. The one I have (which I thoroughly researched each strain) is 11-strain probiotic powder from Custom Probiotics. Supposed to be excellent.
