I have been suffering from chronic anal fissure for many years , I finally decided to treat it , after many weeks I'm painless but still feel the line of the fissure exist but much less prominant than it wasbefore starting home treatement
Did I compleltely heal? Is what I fell now is scar formation?Is it hyperyrophied papilla ?I'm no longer suffering but I want to understand if I completely healed or still unhealed knowing that skin tag still exist,
Did I heal?

Only a doctor who does an examination can answer those questions for you. I suggest you see your doctor and find out.

Lefthanded is right - In order for you to confirm to what extent and if you have fully healed, you must see a CRS to examine you properly.
It's very possible from what you write that you have or are almost there. Scar tissue/ Sentinel pile is normal upon healing and will cause a few minor issues & symptoms of its own, but you will find if the fissure has healed over that your pain levels will be considerably reduced to pretty much nothing more than maybe some discomfort after a BM, maybe a feeling of slight soreness or "tightness" - maybe the odd twinge now & again.
Generally when the fissure "heals" the scar tissue will heal over the top, sometimes forming in a mass (the Sentinel pile) - This is there to actually "protect" the area from further damage but although sometimes it might reduce and calm down over time, it almost certainly never completely goes away. People are affected by this in different ways - for some, this settles to the extent that it's not really noticeable, for others, the pile may be larger & cause some issues.
It really depends on the original location of your fissure, the size etc....
Definitely worth getting a final verdict from your CRS though, if anything, to hear the words..."You're healed!!".....
