Help! I’m only 6 weeks pregnant and my fissure is the worst it’s ever been. I’ve had them before but they usually resolve with nifedipine ointment and Miralax in a few weeks. It’s been 4 weeks of hell. Anyone find relief in pregnancy or if not how did you get through the entire pregnancy with a fissure? I’m seeing my GI dr tomorrow to see if I have any options and a CRS in a month.
