Anyone have a lis surgery and then have more children? Were you able to deliver vaginally? Any issues?

Great question...hopefully someone with that experience will chime in...my only thought is that it would make sense to speak to your OB about this...no doubt they have seen it all and could give you some really relevant feedback.
