Root mash

Postby Whitsensd » 22 Feb 2014, 12:14

I'd read that someone on another site said the eating root mash daily really helped. So desperate for any help I've just made my first batch. Turnip, sweet potato and parsnip mashed with a little olive oil. It look quite nice and I put it on the windowsill to cool and forgot it. A bit later I thought my German shepherd must have pooped, so went searching all over and outside only to find it was...yes you guessed it the root mash!!! Anyone else tried this? Hope I can get past the smell

I love all three veggies, but I would add a bit of milk and butter :)
