Thanks missy, That’s interesting about the oestrogen..... I’ve been peri menopausal for about 2 years now.. I wonder if taking it will help. I take zinc and vitamin c. It’s quite a nasty set back, feels super sore and burning. I can always gauge how bad things are if it still hurts when I lay down.....

I did some gardening up the allotment last week, and overdid the crouching, stretching etc.... when I got home I felt really sore. I’ve not been great since.

I’ve had a set back... I was doing really well and felt well on the way to healing. Very disappointed now. Sigh.

I would make an appointment to go back to see a colorectal dr, that way you can get checked out properly, and they can give you the best advice.
