There is a powder called natural calm. They sell it on Amazon...... this may be better as you can adjust the dose bit by bit.

I have started taking vitamin c 1000 mg and zinc 25 mg. they are both useful for wound healing ( apparently)

So I’m still suffering from the examination. I feel extra sore...... rectogesic is back to stinging the fissure. I’m struggling to see an end to this hell.
My ibs has flared up with all the stress. Multiple watery bms a day... not helping me.
