... to worsen my itching, at least until the irritation healed. I needed small, yet "no-residue", stools, for lack of a better term. The gutsense.org guy wrote Fiber Menace, which I did read. The author comes across a little nutty, but a lot of what the book says matched my experience.

It's an interesting read, basically calls out high fiber diets. I have no opinion.
