Nerve pain

... which came back all clear. Doctor told me it was pelvic floor spasms causing the pain and gave me amitryptiline to take. I'm now suffering nerve pain where fissure was and its painful to touch sometimes. Is this a normal side effect of fissure or could it be something else Thanks in advance ...
