Rich..... Yes, it's with mr Windsor, but it's being done on the nhs at the nhs hospital he works for..... So unfortunately JPT no royal treatment for me!

Surprisingly enough Mr Windsor told me it was fine to eat steak whilst I still had my fissure. He just said make sure it was well cut up and chewed so I don't swallow it in large chunks. Eight weeks post surgery and pizza should be fine ...

I think i will ring mr windsor tomorrow. I just had a BM and there was a lot of blood, and the pain really is servere at the moment. like 8/9 out of ten.
