Are you saying that your hemorrhoid was removed during a colonoscopy? I've never heard of that happening before.
Fissure since about 2007
Fissure diagnosed in 2011
Diltiazem for two years - didn't work well
LIS January, 2015

2 actually, yes. A friend told me that they will remove them as they removed hers. I had no idea I still had any but glad I don't need another surgery for them.
Of course I was also having Botox and was going to have a fissurectomy so not your run of the mill colonoscopy, but my friend was just having a colonoscopy and had hers removed or banded.

Hi chachacha. I’m back as I promised! Changed my user name. I wanted to include an update. I had the external and the internal surgically removed about a week ago. All went as good/routine as I can imagine. Let the healing continue. Lots of swelling. Wish me luck for no complications! I just hope the surgery makes me better and not worse. This has been the hardest and most painful thing I’ve done in my life. Will continue to update progress. Hope you all are doing well Prayers for all.
