I have made my original post a bit clearer, in that I meant to say Standardized Anal Dilation, which has slightly more of a risk of incontinence than LIS in the available literature, though I have not read of anyone experiencing this in all the research that I have been doing since wecc had his done.
I believe the surgeon who does this procedure in NY will soon publish a paper on S.A.D. Dr Sohn wrote one in 1997, I believe. Botox took nearly 20 years from suggestion to use, so there is hope for S.A.D.
Would be good to see the results in a paper, for a process that is evidently near-painless and works.

hi del, i just want to ask one thing, whether the dilation u underwent was done with fingers or balloon or a dilator ...nd was enema done before it?
