The crs said he would like to exam
Me under anesthesia again... he said he may clean up the edges of the fissure. What does that mean?

It means that they try to reduce the scar tissue and make the fissure go back to the acute stage where it can heal better. I hope it works for you and you don't need further surgery.

8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
