I burn dispite any fecal matter still inside my lower rectum. Can anyone relate to this.When u get gunged up its misery with Razor Blades and lack of sleep. Always trying to get the last bit out.Frustating on fissure. Thanks

What really helped me with the burning was using coconut oil with ever meal. I use a teaspoon. Also i soak my feet hot water and epsom salt inside and that helped with the pain. You seem as though u strain alot while trying to have a bm. What you do to soften your stool?
