Amazing what 2 strict days of Miralax/Metamucil/stool softeners and Nifedipine 3x a day can do + the sitz baths nightly. My pain is beginning to go away - although it still is there when I go. I slept much better last night. Wow did I need that!!! :)

So happy for you! I hope it continues this way until your pain o's gone! Getting enough sleep also helps with your state of mind when dealing with chronic pain. Keep up the good work!
