I have quite a few of these things. The most recent (5 months old) formed after the removal of a thrombosed vein. It is right on the anal verge and rubs when I walk. It becomes so sore I have to take a few days away from walking out and basically can only lie down or sit (not on it). I am super sensitive to most creams. Any advise? I need to get out and about again

I used a diaper cream that was zinc oxide based, Some people really like coconut oil but I found it was too 'wet' feeling down there. I also used to dab witch hazel on them to shrink them a bit.
