Soft/loose stool feels like rocks: WHY?

I had Botox surgery in October & doc says I no longer have a fissure. I am dealing with chronic scar tissue pain now.
When I have a BM it feels like sharp hard rocks coming out. But when I look in the potty it's soft and loose. What is going on?
I drink a gallon of water daily. I eat high fiber foods and take softener nightly. I don't get it.
Back to CRS for eval on Tuesday.

Great question Lennysmama. I have had a similar experience. Not sure what to make of it either!

all I can suggest is taking at least 2 tbsp of olive, flax, or coconut oil, internally everyday
