I've been treating a bad fissure for over a month now. A week ago I started to feel like there was MAYBE a tiny bit of healing happening. Then I got 3 days of diarrhea. Now I think it's worse than ever. I already had an old skin tag (it that's what it is) but a much smaller, new one has appeared on the opposite side of my anus and it has a white bump on it. Almost looks like a ready to pop pimple...or sort of like something is trying to push through the skin creating this white looking bump. Tonight I noticed my old skin tag (if thats even what it is) has one as well.

What is this? I am in more pain, but I can't tell where its coming from anymore.

Is this a hemmorhoid? Something else? Please help!

I should also note, I saw a CRS for the first time last week, hated him, not going back, so I'm waiting for an appt with a new dr. So I don't have anyone to ask about this new development.

I had something that sounds exactly like what you're describing appear on a skin tag after my LIS surgery last year. It was incredibly tender though, and there was no doubt that the pain was coming from the tag with the white spot, because if I even let a tiny bit of toilet tissue touch it, it screamed out in pain. It gradually went away though (over a period of a couple of weeks), and with it the pain. I have no idea what it was though.

I suggest that you see a doctor sooner rather than later if you say it is like a pimple ready to pop. This *could* be an abscess, and if so, you would want a doctor to look at this, especially if you are having more pain.
