Hi all so basically ive just went and picked up some movicol satches but im currently on lactualose i want to make the switch as lactulose doesnt seem to be giving me the desired effect as the stools are very bug and not as soft as i would like

I see it takes around two days to work so should i lover my lactulose dose to 10ml from 15 while taking movicol for the next two days or just stop completly

I plan on taking two satches daily but i really sont want a hard bm in the coming two days any help is much appreciated
