This was my diet Pre-Fissure:
Breakfast:
1 6oz Yoplait Yogurt
Coffee
10am Another coffee
Lunch:
Turkey on wheat 4 grams of fiber
Oatmeal 3 grams of fiber
Dinner:
Usually some time of chicken or Pasta and Diet Pepsi
POST Fissure:
Breakfast:
OJ with Benefiber 3 grams fiber
Apple or Orange 3 grams fiber
1 cup Raisin Bran 7 grams fiber
Snack: 2 Carrot sticks 4 grams fiber
2 Celery sticks 4 grams fiber
Lunch:
Cranberry juice with Benefiber 3 Grams fiber
Turkey on Whole wheat 10 grams fiber
Oatmeal 3 grams fiber (sprinkled with Flaxseed)
Dinner:
Again usually some type of chicken or pasta Rarely meat
Bedtime:
8 oz Plumsmart 3 grams fiber
