Update.

I have installed Captcha v2 for registration, replacing V1 I had. So it will be familiar "I am not a robot" when registering at our site.

Hopefully it will make more problems for spammers to penetrate

Thanks pinpin! I hope this will reduce the number of spammers. There are still a few spam posts lingering in the off topic chat sub forum. Please remove those when you get a chance.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
