My general impression is that there are a number of these fake accounts posting to the forum now and then for various non-AF-related reasons - but of course, it's not always easy to be sure, and that's part of the deception.

It's sometimes tricky to tell just by reading the posts, but if you take a look at their profile, they often have fields filled out that genuine users don't have. For example, the Jabber ID has an email address, or the interests field has something strange like roller skating. Things like that is what I've been noticing.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
