Hi Chris, Image
Thanks for the warning, I don't want back pain for 6 months! I did have a spinal Image years ago for a c-section but don't recall if I had any pain from it. Now I am thinking the general may be good, will definitely see what the anethesiologist has to say about it. The only thing is the nausea, but they can give stuff for that.
Things are moving :flush: through my system today so I am not as worried about things getting stalled. I had oatmeal for breakfast mixed with fibersure and peaches, hopefully that won't be a problem. I am going to stick to liquids the rest of the day. I will definitely be taking a dose of miralax tonight.

Thanks Kim.
They may keep me overnight depending on the pain level.

Jo,
I will send you healing energy and prayers. Since I don't know that time of surgery, I will do it throughout the day.
Best,
Cheryl

:hi: everyone,
Everything went very well Image . I did have a general and no sickness with it! I feel pretty good this morning, a little pain and discomfort. I didn't need to take much pain meds yesterday, though they did give some through iv before I left hospital. Last night I was alternating 600 mg advil and darvocet.
Still haven't had a bm since Thursday but I have been taking miralax daily so hoping today it is not painful. Guess I ate less than normal so I'll go less than normal???
I see the Dr. at noon today to hopefully take the dressing off the wound. He was advised by plastic surgeon to leave edges of keloid on but take middle out so keloid has less of a chance to grow back from middle. Am also going to wear silicone strips as soon as the wound is healed from any scabs, getting these from Dr. so hopefully these work better than over the counter. Am also to massage melederma in twice/day as soon as healed.
If there is any sign of keloid return they will then inject Image with steroid, they didn't want to do this until healed because it delays healing.
Image
I appreciate everyone's support and prayers,

Probably, yes! Don't sweat that too much, since it's just been a couple days. Maybe try a little prune juice?
