I like chocolate, but some of it has milk in it and then it's a problem if one is lactose intolerant.
Is dark chocolate constipating?

Corsi,
I think chocolate might be hard to digest for those of us with IBS, but I really like it. I posted a picture that is supposed to be of Corsica in my last reply!!

I tried to stay away from chocolate for a while, but ended up blissfully realizing that chocolate here and there really doesn't make a difference. Yippee!!! Image But then, my usual dose of chocolate is a couple bites.
I found that beef does make a huge difference though. I have it rarely because it now makes me a bit high. i have veggetarian, fishatarian belly. When I do eat beef, i take an extra magnesuim pill (188 mg), just incase. This seems to help.

I take a 250mg. Magnesium pill every morning for the last month or so since I read on this site it may help with softer BM's. I think it has helped with that and is a good idea to take. :D

yeah. I get a weird buzz after eating red meat. I have talked to vegetarian friends and they get the same thing. not sure why.
