I have IBS as well and you sound like you may have it too. It's really not so much eliminating foods as it is eating right. If you tend towards constipation eat more fiber and take a magnesium supplement and if you tend towards diarrhea watch out for fresh fruits and veggies and take a calcium supplement. I used to get those awful stomach spasms that would last for hours and I found a warm heating pad helped tremendously. Stress is a big factor in IBS especially the kind you're not even aware of. Take care of yourself and stay positive. You can figure this out and hopefully find your path to feeling better. Suzy
