Ginger Compresses - good for both women and men

Postby happyass » 25 Sep 2009, 18:44

without going into too much detail, this may help those who have tried just about everything and still having some difficulty.
although i am a very big advocate for macrobiotics, this doesn't require you to become macrobiotic. just requires 20-30 minutes of your time daily for about 60 days, which i also don't think have to be continuous but more like every other day or 2-3 times per week until you have done 60 treatments.
good luck. i am going to start in october!

Happy,
I read the long article and thought the author had some good points especially about how our emotions can influence our bodies adversely. Liked the part about Tai Chi also!
Thanks for posting.
