Emellebe, the tinactin "cure," doesn't seem to work for everyone and really isn't (IMHO) considered a frontline defense against AF. Now, we have had one or two folks join who either swore by it or insisted on it's usefulness, but for me the jury is definitely still out on that one. AFs do sometimes spontaneously just heal...we woul d need to see a LOT more tinactin "cures" beyond the occasional anecdotal stories. Still, it cannot hurt! :) I believe it would be applied pretty much directly to the fissure. I tried it myself when I had AF, and it didn't work.
