Stress and AF

Just a small poll. How many of us here had a period of stress or nervous tension preceding the fist instance of their AF?

I can't quite recall if it was stress in the first instance, but stress etc definitely makes the symptoms of AF worse, infact stress upsets the bowels, it makes me have too many BM's..
