Squatting is the best way to proper open your bowels, I've been using the technique for over a year now and well recommend it to anyone

Ughhh - I'm having a bad day and called the surgeon's office today. They told me that it will be about 5 weeks before I can get in....
I feel like a real whiner, but I am just wondering how these next 5 weeks are going to be. As it is I've been on the couch for the past 2 weeks.

Hey BB,
I remember waiting on my appointments and it sucks. They canceled surgery on me twice before I got it done. I think because fissures aren't life threatening in the doctors eyes , we are last on the list.

Dr.OZ had this on his show today as the best way to empty bowels. He also said to use a foot stool to bring legs closer while setting on the toilet.
