Long time since I was here.
So straight to the chase, I just had a very hard bm like 5 hours ago and I'm still like bleeding fresh blood.
It's not leaking but even if i slightly open my bum it's there.
I'm really panicking and have no one to share with. I can't go and see a surgeon right away. Just need someone to clam me down. Why is it bleeding so much
I have had a fissure but this is not it. I got a Dre done a long time ago and was told I had internal hemorrhoids.

It could be. Does the bleeding continue after a sitz bath?

Was too scared to try it. Next morning I was fine. No blood. Had a hard bm again this time with a ton of Vaseline. No blood. Today had another hard bm and there was a bit of blood.
Taked to a doc on phone. He told me it was probably an acute attack of hemorrhoids since I have internal ones. Gave a med.
I know it's risky and I should have gone to a doc. I have been to many and my trust is pretty much gone in docs here. Ill hopefully move to UK soon and get a surgery here
