An update to my situation.
Everything seems settled down although I still get spasms, I think due to scar tissue, what is worth noting though that having the hemroids removed made BMs much easier, anyone struggling with a chronic AF that has hemroids I suggest having them removed if possible, under anesthetic if needed.
I still get tightness and due to the hemroid have referred pain in my hip occasionally. If I had to guess I dont think a full recovery is possible from the hemroids and I am unsure whats going to happen with the spasms, I am going to see my CRS again and enquire. Although like most doctors, he doesnt seem very open to discussion but I do need to know what to make of this situation.
When I do get blood now I dunno what its from, I sometimes get fissure pain during a BM and hemroid pain afterwards but never vise versa.
