I hope that to find some more information. I discussed with my PT that self internal massage might be an option for me as this is the way to learn to relax the muscle. She suggested give it a try but go slow.
I will be having an physical appointment in the next two weeks.
This evening I tried to see if I can slowly insert a pinky, just low pressure. My body does not like that and does not allow it, afterwards I got spasms again and being tight.
Has anyone experience the same? Is this normal at the start?
