A local CRS I have seen on a couple of occasions has a sign in his office reading, "Everyone has to poop." He kind of puts a humorous slant on a very unhumorous and painful subject. He also has a picture of a guy sitting on a toilet on his wall!! I remember the famous "kneeling position" I had to take in his room putting my butt into the air for all of the world (the doctor and his nursing assistant) to see. Very humbling experience!!

You were so creative in your thinking about AF's-- googling fissure rates and just putting a geographical slant on having an AF. I would never have thought of doing those things!!
