If so, if anyone had any good/bad results?

I have read quite a bit on his site too. I do not eat a lot of fiber, just the right amount for my body, as I just can't take it. I think a lot of what he has to say makes sense. I have also researched him on the Internet, and, of course, he has detractors. IMO, a lot of what he has to say makes good sense.
