I have been told by doctors that you can take it till the day you die, and I plan to. Whenever I forget a day or two, I can tell and there is NO WAY in hell I'll ever NOT take it if it keeps me from having another af.
Anything is better than that!

The only warning I got from my GP about miralax is that if I ever decide to stop using it, to wean myself off it slowly, over months not weeks. Like Sidra, I will use it forever if I have to, pooing has never been so easy!

Just wondering why my Doctor never mentioned this wonder product...it is the key to healing that bad friend on the bottom. Hope you all have a great day :)

My CRS never mentioned it either I found out about it here. It turned the tide for me. I hope there are many more happy dances in your future! :)
