I just wanted to wish you all the best and to state that Crohn's can exist anywhere in the digestive tract, many times affecting the SMALL INTESTINE. The good thing is there is a lot of RESEARCH ongoing. I would strongly encourage everyone with Crohn's to check out the CCFA.org website for the latest breaking news.
I've been upset recently because my son had a flair with his Crohn's in spite of being on Azathioprine and the Humira shot. He's doing better now as he is on synthetic steroids for a bit. Just wanted to post the website and encourage people to check it out.
