I've been reading a bit about magnesium
Lately since Ive notice that most of you take it. I was also advised by my doctor to take this supplement due to anxiety before so I started taking again (after stopping-I forgot why) it for about 5 days now. The very loose stools and diarrhea I can live with but on top of that I feel very sleepy and I have a headache.
Do some of you feel the same way? What are the side effects on you? I was taking the chelated version of it maybe 300 mg is the highest dose I ever took yesterday. I just switched to mag glycinate today and I'm planning to just take 200 mg today to see how everything goes.
