Miralax a possible problem?

Postby JR » 13 Oct 2011, 06:39

Hey guys,
So recently I went to the store and got miralax and I started using it. BOY what a wonder it was painless BM..until recently. It doesnt hurt when the BM starts it feels good but after everything is done the end is what kills me. The closing of the "hole" for lack of better words. This is starting to really get to me. ANY ideas guys? has this happened to you?
Thanks for any input, hope everyone is having a painless day.

Hi JR ...I have the same problem I dont use Miralax I have Laxido whilst the motion is easy enough to pass it is when I have finished that the pain starts and for a few hours if not all day afterwards it drives me in sane. I have got my self one of those Sitz Baths and I tell you it is a godsend after a BM although when I am on it I can still feel the pain but after finishing I feel instant relief and if it starts coming back I just get straight back on it if only for a few minutes to relax the muscle, I feel your pain it almost feels like this bloody thing rules your life I hate it Image but it is good to read some of the success stories with or without surgery it gives us hope :D
