Questions to ask CRS

I have an pre-surgical with my CRS tomorrow and would like to know what questions to ask.
I have started a list of all the obvious questions; however, I would appreciate some input from those of you with hindsight.

Hi J, if you look on Dawns threads you will find tons of questions to ask. I will look for them later and repost. I have a whole list as I go in 2 weeks. YIKES!!
