1 month LIS update

Postby Away PITA! » 17 Nov 2011, 14:20

Things are going well for me. I'm 90% pain free. Occasional light blood on TP when cleaning up after BM's. Still keeping my activity level fairly mild (no triathlon training just yet). Food and water are my focus these days. Mild, soft diet. Lots of water. Don't mess with the routine. Going to take some discipline over Thanksgiving not to go to crazy with food but I'll do my best. 1 month post-op CRS appointment on Monday. I'm hoping I will get a "good healing" report.
Thanks to everyone here for the support and sharing stories. It makes a world of difference!
