How to apply oinments

Postby Fox4 » 23 Dec 2011, 16:39

Common question I see in this type of forum is how to apply the various oinments. I found a cotton bud (Q Tip) used for applying cosmetics works great. It is pointed at one end and flattened like a small paddle at the other. The paddle end is like a tiny spoon that allows precise application and is small enough to (gently) apply internally. Prior to this discovery, I was probably not getting the best benefit from the oinments.
I have suffered with an AF for almost two years now. I have had botox treatment and tried various ointments. The 2% Nitroglycerin oinment had me feeling normal until I had a recurrance of the fissure. This time I will continue to use the ointment past the recommended 8 weeks and see if that does the trick.

yes, cotton bud is the best. I used to apply GTN with my hands, stretching/opening up my butt so as to apply inside, which.
But for aloe vera, i used a cotton bud and apply it internally, the effect is much much better, to the point of being almost healed.
