So my doc has grapefruit and all citrus on my list of foods to be avoided.
He said that it can interact with medications.
Sure enough, I finally looked it up on drugs.com and grapefruit can seriously interact with nifedipine. It doesn't say what could happen, but I don't want to find out!
It also said that alcohol can lower your blood pressure even more when on nifedipine.

I love grapefruit but can't eat it nor drink its juice since I started chemotherapy - it affects a lot meds.
