Hi there. I must admit I've only just started using it again but I mix it with raw gel from the aloe vera plant and a little warm water and massage it in at night. I have also been applying pure vitamin e oil throughout the day. I feel i am noticing a difference in the pliability if the scar tissue but it will take a long time as i have lots. In fact the opening is so tiny the latest colorectal surgeon could not insert his finger to examine. All thanks to a botched job in 2007 and a number of stretches which only made it worse. Good luck!
