I wondered about that too Cumfy (love your name by the way!).
I don't feel as bad as I used to, but sometimes wonder if I have just become accustomed to it. But then I know that the inflammation isn't as much so I figure it is just a wee bit accustomed to it.
Nice description of the hypertonia.
I get that way sometimes during the month when I am more anxious (damn hormones!). Dilation helps but when it is more so, I need to go very gently.
Sometimes I get kind of like an ache in my sphincter near the fissure, but it isn't painful, just uncomfortable.
Happybuttjoy (another good name!) what did your CRS say??
