Miralax and docusate sodium together?

Does anyone know if it's safe to take Miralax and docusate sodium (Colace) together?

My colorectal surgeon (CRS) told me it was perfectly safe to use both Miralax and Colace at the same time, although Colace didn't do much for me so I now only use Miralax.

sometimes if i feel kinda blocked i will use a small dose of miralax (gives me bad gas and makes me feel sick) and at night i will take a colace. my CRS And doc have also told me that this is safe.
